If you would like to order a completely custom order, send us an email at Sales@RiptidePCs.com. You can use our contact form as well. Within the email, write what your specified use will be, your budget (choose your monitor, keyboard, and mouse first - we can help you with that too), and you can leave your phone number if you would like to talk with a builder.

How can I pay?
We accept many major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

How long will it take?
You will receive your PC within 4-9 days (local sales). Other sales will depend on the shipping service selected. If you choose 2 day shipping, you can expect to see your PC within 6-12 days...

Can I ruturn an item?
Computers can only be returned if they are in their sealed box 14 days after purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. Opened and used computers can not be returned.
