You can contact our support at Support@RiptidePCs.com . We suggest you leave your phone number so we can contact you to troubleshoot your problem. Once we find the problem, we will give you directions in order to get your computer serviced.
Our 3 year warranty covers parts and labor. Shipping is included within the first 6 months.
